One that doesn't need some form of 'login', 'account', or client. While this site seems to be the well intentioned and not shady, technically it offers nothing more than what https://mullvad.net/en/help/dns-over-https-and-dns-over-tls as a byproduct of their other offerings. Confirming what ekjhgkejhgk is saying. It really just is Firefox with more privacy tuning. As far as I'm aware all the add-ons work as expected. I've used it as a trial and can confirm ublock works perfectly fine but that's the only add-on I tested. Also, it is bundled with a mullvad add-on, but it is easy to remove. If you don't mind them knowing but resent the ads, you can just block the ads. You can do dns ad blocking[1], in-browser plugins/extensions[2], finally, patch the apps[3]. Or deploy all of them.
