If you haven't already, check out mouseflow. It literally records users on your your site...you can see which pages they go to, what images they look at, how long they're there...it shows exactly what they did on your site in real time. This might give you some insight as to why you're getting solid traffic but no client inquiries especially if you see users consistently hitting a certain point on your site then... * Seriously, check out MouseFlow screen recorder, it's actually scary. I worked for a client a couple years ago who had it installed and you could see a recording of every user's session. Combined with GeoIP giving you the town they lived in, the client could make a pretty accurate guess as to exactly who that user was: "Ah yes that's probably Brian.
