Not present

ADHD Notes is a calmer task and follow-up app for people who hold too much in their head.

The hard part of staying on top of things is rarely doing the task. It is remembering the loose thread weeks later, after it has left your mind completely. ADHD Notes is built around that gap.

Capture anything in one tap, before the thought slips away. Each task can carry full context (the customer, the people involved, meetings, a notes log, and its own activity history), so when a thread comes back you know exactly who and why. Then set it to resurface on the right day and let it go, trusting it will return instead of relying on memory.

It is flat by design. There are no folder mazes to build and abandon. You capture first and add context only if and when you want it, so the app still works on the busy days.

What makes it different - One-tap capture, with no filing decisions - Rich context per task: customer, people, meetings, notes, full history - Resurfacing, so follow-ups come back to you at the right time - Flat structure, nothing to maintain

Built for ADHD brains and for customer-facing, many-thread work (support, success, account management, sales), where a dropped follow-up is a relationship cost, not just a missed task. Free to start, on web and iOS.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing monday.com and ADHD Notes.

What makes your product unique?

ADHD Notes's answer:

Most task apps store what you type and then wait silently for you to remember to check them. ADHD Notes is built to reach back out. You capture a task or follow-up in one tap, attach the context future-you will need (the customer, the people, meetings, notes, and history), and set it to resurface on the right day. The app brings the thread back to you instead of relying on memory. It is also flat by design, with no folders or projects to build and abandon, so it keeps working on the busy days when other systems fall apart.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

ADHD Notes's answer:

Next.js, React, and TypeScript on the front end, with Tailwind for styling. Supabase (Postgres and Auth) for the database and authentication. Hosted on Netlify with serverless functions for the backend. The iOS app is built with Capacitor. AI features run through a hosted large language model tier.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ADHD Notes's answer:

Most tools make you organize before you are allowed to use them, which is the exact friction that makes people with ADHD give up. ADHD Notes flips that: capture first, add context only if and when you want it, and let the app do the remembering. Compared to heavier tools like Asana, Linear, or ClickUp, it gives you rich per-task context without the team-collaboration weight. Compared to simple to-do apps, it adds the thing they miss: resurfacing, so follow-ups come back to you at the right time. It is the rare app that holds up on the bad days, which is the only kind that sticks.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ADHD Notes's answer:

People who juggle many active threads and cannot rely on memory to hold them. That includes adults with ADHD or ADHD-adjacent cognitive styles, and customer-facing professionals in support, customer success, account management, and sales, where a dropped follow-up is a relationship cost rather than just a missed task. Also founders, PMs, and anyone running many parallel conversations with customers, teammates, and vendors.

What's the story behind your product?

ADHD Notes's answer:

ADHD Notes grew out of a repeated frustration: the task is rarely the hard part, but remembering the loose thread weeks later is. Existing tools either demanded too much setup or just sat there waiting to be checked. ADHD Notes was built to externalize memory instead: capture fast, keep full context, and have the app surface what needs you next. It started as a personal tool refined over many iterations, and became a single-user productivity app for people who want to stop holding everything in their head.
