In case you didn't know, you can usually get your credit reports from the bureau websites directly, annualcreditreport is just a convenient place to get them all (when it works). I just tried the annualcreditreport site and was only able to get my EQ report, however when I log into the other two (experian.com and transunion.com) I was able to download my reports from them.
