If you donโt have (or you donโt want) a hardware MIDI interface, you can definitely set up something similar with a MIDI patchbay/merger/splitter software (MIDI Lab, MIDI Patchbay, etc). You can remap the keys so that "Special: Power" key button does nothing.. Or even to the original function (on my keyboard it would mean Volume Down would be F12 instead).
