Support has been great and all issues resolved within hours. Great host! Dailyrazor has great package features and pricing. At very rare times their mail servers have issues, but 99.9% of the time everything's great with them. FTP and web downloads from my site are very fast (I'm using a cable modem at 100mbps download speed).
I'm finding my site is now loading faster than ever, so all in all I'm a very happy customer. Support with Dailyrazor can be a bit slow but they there 24/7 so you don't have to wait overnight for replies, I usually get replies to my emails in about 45 minutes which is perfect for me. The site builder is awesome for someone who does not have a clue where to start with a website from scratch. Let's hope you continue to wow me.
Highly recommended. I immediately needed help in the transition, which was instantly provided by Dailyrazor tech guys. Not only did my site get up and running again in lightning fast time, but these guys even helped with me a number of other hardware and software issues totally unrelated to what you'd expect from your hosting provider.

How does it compare to MatterMost [1]? [1] https://mattermost.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 4 months ago
Slack's value is real, especially for cross-company conversations with clients and vendors. But for internal communication in companies that care about data residency or audit requirements, Mattermost is a credible self-hosted alternative. The source is on GitHub and the Mattermost deployment guide covers the install on Docker, Kubernetes, and most Linux distributions. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
For those who may have forgotten, Mattermost is quite good these days: https://mattermost.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Despite their confusion as to whether they want to really support their free and open source versions (without some absurd user count cliff), Mattermost (https://mattermost.com) is quite excellent and IMO is better than Slack. For example, editor leans towards native Markdown so things like syntax highlighting with backticks work as you expect.
