In 2016 we launched restdb.io - a simple online database backend with automatic API creation and low code "hooks". restdb.io has a freemium model and has paying users in every corner of the world.
The idea behind codehooks.io is to take the "code engine" part of restdb.io and rebuild it from scratch into a more complete backend solution for JavaScript (and TypeScript) developers.
Although restdb.io is reasonably fast, it can't really compare to the highly optimized API and database engine (RocksDB) we have built into codehooks.io.

The tunnel host appears to be a Hetzner server, they are pretty generous with bandwidth but the interesting thing I learned about doing some scalability improvements at a similar company [0] is that for these proxy systems, each directionโs traffic is egress bandwidth. You could also look into https://localxpose.io this service is great for tmhi. 60$/yr for unlimited traffic (no data cap traffic) through custom 10 ports with custom subdomains and endpoint reservations if you need outbound / external access to things. Source: about 3 years ago
I would assume not. They seem to be CG-Nat based modems, you'd need to invest in solutions like localxpose or gaming vpns like Cyberghost VPN if you need ports. I don't think CG-Nat will ever support port forwarding. Source: about 3 years ago
