Print Badges & Sign-In Visitors Visitors can safely sign in using the touchless visitor management sign-in kiosk. All your visitors have to do is scan the QR code and fill out the visitor form on their phones. Print badges as visitors sign in, before they arrive, and grant access to specific parts of your building.

Employee Sign-In & Attendance Tracking Same as with your visitor management, employees can use the touchless sign-in kiosk to sign in and sign out. For hybrid workplaces plan in advance who will be working from the office.

Alert Security & Manage Evacuation Immediately alert security of any incidents or violations. Have security use the Guard App to quickly check who's inside the facility or mark staff and visitors safe by signing them out.

Lobbytrack started in 2007 as on-premise solution with leading brands using it for visitor sign ins in their lobby and Lobbytrack became the first choice of most Fortune 500 companies. When cloud hosted solutions gained popularity, we introduced Lobbytrack.com a cloud based application.
