In the US, even just looking at indeed and filtering out the scam ones there's tons of applications I can send out each day for companies I've never heard of before. Other than that try to find alternative job boards, handshake or even something like a google query like the following: site:http://lever.co/ | site:http://greenhouse.io/ | site:http://app.dover.io/ | site:http://jobs.ashbyhq.com/ (developer |... Awesome! Thanks for the advice. I'd never heard of greenhouse.io or lever.co but I'll def check them out. Source: about 3 years ago
Correct, the field is marked as required and I can't progress if it's blank. I see this all the time on sites like lever.co . Source: about 3 years ago
God I love Lever so much. Whoever made Lever doesn't know just how much I appreciate them, fighting against those cursed portals like Workday, ICIMS, and Brassring to make the grueling application process so much more bearable just by being simple and friendly. Every time I see an internship application direct to a lever.co site, I have a small celebration in my brain. Thank you Lever. Source: about 3 years ago
Basically the title. If I'm going to apply for google, microsoft, etc. I would totally go through the process and fill out the application form. But sometimes I just randomly want to pass my CV and see what sticks. In that case, I just want to limit myself to companies that only need a CV and have a one-click submission process like lever.co. Hi guys! I am building https://borderless.so/ - a free platform & community to discover study abroad opportunities and scholarships. I am looking for students who studied abroad (or just got admitted) to feature on our platform. We have 100k+ monthly website views and 18,000+ users from 200 countries, so your content will definitely be seen by the right audience! Source: over 3 years ago
I'm seeing more and more international students applying SAT-optional (lots of stories here: https://borderless.so/), so it's definitely possible to get into a really good school without SAT. That being said, other parts of the application such as essays, extracurriculars, GPA, and recommendation letters have to be very strong. IETLS/TOEFL is not very important as long as you score above the required minimum. Source: over 3 years ago
