I use LetsView. It’s a free phone app and PC app that lets you stream your phone screen. I also bought an adapter that lets me plug an ethernet cable into my phone for better stream quality, but LetsView has been all I’ve needed. Source: about 4 years ago

I use Notion but I have heard that the andriod experience is not the best. You may want to try Coda, Obsidian, Mem or Anytype. I know of a few others but I think for the purpose of a second brain these can do the trick it’s just about... Source: about 4 years ago
