When a neighbor posts "anyone know a good plumber?", the contractor's phone buzzes within minutes with the post and a link straight to it. An AI filter reads every post first, so what arrives is a job request and not a recommendation thread or general chatter.

It runs read-only. A desktop app on the contractor's own machine reads their own logged-in session — it never posts, comments, messages or joins groups on their behalf.
