Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LaunchRender and Sanso.

What makes your product unique?

Sanso's answer:

Sanso is AI-native from the ground up - not a traditional tool with AI bolted on. AI agents handle the heavy lifting of invoice processing, payment chasing, and reconciliation, while finance experts validate the output. SMBs get enterprise-grade finance ops without hiring a finance team.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Sanso's answer:

AI/LLM-based agents, OCR, cloud infrastructure, API integrations with major accounting platforms and banks.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Sanso's answer:

Most AP/AR tools still require someone on your team to operate them. Sanso runs your finance ops for you: end-to-end. Flat subscription pricing, no per-transaction fees, no hourly billing. Weeks of monthly finance work become hours.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Sanso's answer:

SMB founders and finance managers (1-50 employees) who are drowning in invoices, payment chasing, and reconciliation - and want to stop doing it themselves without hiring a full-time finance team.

What's the story behind your product?

Sanso's answer:

I built Sanso because I lived the problem. As a startup founder, I was spending way too many hours on finance ops - processing invoices, chasing payments, reconciling accounts - and still making costly mistakes and missing things. I knew there had to be a better way. Small business owners should be focused on growing their company, not buried in finance admin. So I built Sanso to give every SMB owner what only large companies can afford: a finance operations team that runs everything end-to-end, powered by AI. The name "Sanso" means oxygen in Japanese. Just like oxygen, sound financial operations are vital to a business - and with Sanso, they become so smooth and effortless that, like breathing, you don't even have to think about them.
