Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LaunchRender and Mirel.

What makes your product unique?

Mirel's answer:

Mirel is built specifically for strategic work inside creative agencies. Rather than providing a blank AI interface, it combines structured strategic workflows with persistent Client Brains that retain relevant knowledge about each client. Mirel interrogates briefs, develops audience understanding, positioning and campaign strategy, and lets teams challenge work through synthetic audience perspectives. It is designed around how experienced agency strategists actually work.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Mirel's answer:

General-purpose AI tools can help with strategic tasks, but the user has to provide the process, context and judgement. Mirel provides the strategic operating structure around the AI. It maintains persistent client knowledge, guides teams through purpose-built strategy workflows and challenges inputs rather than simply responding to prompts. For creative agencies, that means less time rebuilding context and doing repetitive strategic groundwork, while human strategists retain judgement over the work.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Mirel's answer:

Mirel is built for independent creative and advertising agencies, particularly agencies where strategic capacity is scarce relative to the amount of strategic work required. Its users include strategists, account teams and creatives working across pitches and live client assignments.

What's the story behind your product?

Mirel's answer:

Mirel was founded by agency strategists after decades of working inside the advertising industry. They had seen the same problem repeatedly: strategy had become a bottleneck. Too much valuable strategist time was consumed by repetitive groundwork, while teams without enough strategy resources struggled to maintain the same quality across every assignment.

Mirel was built to remove that bottleneck. Not by replacing strategists, but by turning the processes and standards experienced strategists use into a system that the wider agency can work with.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Mirel's answer:

Mirel is a web application built with Next.js, React, Supabase and PostgreSQL, with AI capabilities powered by large language models. It uses structured server-side workflows and persistent client knowledge to provide context-aware strategic assistance.
