As answered by people managing LaunchRender and ID-Pal.
ID-Pal's answer:
ID-Pal brings KYC, KYB and AML compliance into one configurable platform, rather than requiring separate tools for individual verification, business verification and screening.
It is document-led and database-supported, matching a genuine identity document to a real person before confirming that identity against databases. Following the integration of NorthRow's KYB platform, corporate verification and ultimate beneficial owner checks run in the same workflow as individual identity checks, producing a single audit trail per case.
It also integrates natively with Salesforce as a managed package, so regulated teams can run verification from the customer record they already work in and keep the evidence attached to it.
ID-Pal's answer:
Three reasons regulated teams tend to shortlist ID-Pal.
ID-Pal holds ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, is GDPR compliant, and its liveness detection is independently certified to iBeta Level 1 and Level 2 (ISO 30107-3 PAD).
ID-Pal's answer:
Compliance, risk, fraud and onboarding leads at regulated enterprise organisations.
ID-Pal is used across fund administration, legal, wealth management, accountancy, asset management, financial services, insurance, payments, credit unions, property and higher education. The common requirement is onboarding individuals and corporate customers at volume while evidencing every check against anti-money-laundering obligations.
It suits organisations that need both individual (KYC) and business (KYB) verification, and that have to produce a defensible audit trail rather than simply a pass or fail result.
ID-Pal's answer:
ID-Pal was founded in Dublin in 2016 by Colum Lyons and Rob O'Farrell, to remove the complexity, cost and risk that regulated organisations face when verifying customer identity. The founding idea was that verification should be configurable to each organisation's risk policy rather than a fixed one-size product.
The company now operates from Dublin, London, New York and Lisbon.
In December 2025 ID-Pal acquired NorthRow, a UK Know Your Business specialist, bringing corporate verification, ultimate beneficial owner discovery, ongoing monitoring and case management into the platform. NorthRow is now an ID-Pal company and is not contracted separately. Organisations that previously worked with NorthRow now contract with ID-Pal Limited.
