This vision led to the creation of Shipyard, leveraging a pioneering approach known as hybrid code - combining the best of custom, low-code, and open-source methodologies.
Our journey originally began in 2017 with a platform then called Fork Lift, developed for PMG Digital Agency by Blake and Eric. It served notable clients like OpenTable, Travelocity, Sephora, Cirque du Soleil, and Abercrombie & Fitch. In 2020, Fork Lift evolved into Shipyard, launching as an independent business dedicated to providing a platform for data teams that want to help drive increasingly better business outcomes.
