If you're not too far from Europe* then Koofr might come pretty close to your idea. 1TB "lifetime" 160 US$ ATM (less if you find a coupon they accept at checkout, many generic Stacksocial-Codes worked in the past). If it's a photo your girls took whilst location was enabled on their phone, you might be able to check the metadata of the photo. To be upfront, though, most modern phones tend to scrub this information, so it would be quite a long shot.
