Both for simplicity and portability, I am a very happy user of https://firecore.com/infuse. I guess it's less full featured as Plex or Jellyfin (it still more than covers the bases for video: format support, different video/audio/subtitle tracks, tv series recognition, skip intros, Trakt.tv etc.); but then again all it requires is any online storage, and the Infuse app (either on iDevice or AppleTV). - Source: Hacker News / about 7 hours ago
>It lets the user browser with cover art, descriptions, trailers, sorting by release date, rating, etc. It keeps track of watched and unwatched movies. Infuse [1] is a nice way to get these features on Apple TV and iOS devices while simply sharing files via SMB. 1. https://firecore.com/infuse. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 months ago

I had previous had a Gen 1 iPhone SE which I only gave up on due to accidental damage. My Roku TV has wifi disabled and I rely on an older Apple TV for subscriptions (Netflix, PBS, Disney+). The main use-case for AppleTV though is the Infuse Pro app which I use... - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
> I vividly remember IE and many hacks to have css elements properly working in it… The common advice now is to only use CSS that is supported in the last two major versions of each major browser. You can check any css property's support here: https://caniuse.com/ > Imho this is a reason why markdown and other rich-textual formats appeared. Markdown is a superset of html and through it contains css through the... - Source: Hacker News / 28 days ago
Thank you, heartfelt... For sharing an artwork, a miracle! Just in case, have you considered publishing the work at platforms as CodePen, where genius Artists/People express their art, too, as you?: // https://codepen.io/. - Source: Hacker News / 2 months ago
