I can add certificates on my unrooted android. That how HTTPToolkit [0] works, it only requires adb, which (thankfully) doesn't trip banking apps. I use a program called Revo Uninstaller found here. There is a paid and free version, I use the free version and it works fine. When you select a program to uninstall through Revo, it will launch the program's uninstaller first, then it will find leftover files/registry data and give you the choice to delete them.
