I use a program called Revo Uninstaller found here. There is a paid and free version, I use the free version and it works fine. When you select a program to uninstall through Revo, it will launch the program's uninstaller first, then it will find leftover files/registry data and give you the choice to delete them. Win95? Most likely your games will run in dosbox, which is a dos emulator. Afaik there is a Win95 emulator on github.com: https://github.com/felixrieseberg/windows95. Source: about 3 years ago
