If you want to post a log, you'll have to generate one first (go to settings > logging and set both logging verbosities to 0-debug and 'log to file' to ON, then do whatever you need to do to create the offending behavior; that should make the log. Any getsitecontrol.com alternatives that can be recommended. Granted it is very easy to use and we use it simply to put up banners and some limited marketing stuff. But $45/month($1740/year) for 5 sites is limiting. That can't be the norm. Source: about 3 years ago
