FlowBase – Stop Chaos, Start Flow
Most freelancers and creators waste endless hours in messy spreadsheets, cluttered notes, and scattered tools. Every project feels like juggling ten apps at once, while the actual work gets buried under disorganization.
That’s exactly why I built FlowBase.
FlowBase is a lightweight but powerful tool designed to bring clarity to your workflow. No fluff, no unnecessary features - just a clean system that helps you:
✅ Organize projects in one place without drowning in spreadsheets ✅ Track tasks & progress so nothing gets lost in the chaos ✅ Collaborate simply without learning a new “corporate-style” platform ✅ Move faster by focusing on what matters instead of wrestling with tools
Unlike bloated platforms that try to be everything at once, FlowBase keeps it minimal, focused, and built for speed. It’s for makers, freelancers, and small teams who want to build more and stress less.
💡 My mission with FlowBase is simple: Help creators get sh*t done faster, cleaner, and with flow.
👉 Ready to ditch the chaos? Try FlowBase today and feel the difference in your workflow.

FlowBaseCloud's answer:
Most productivity tools are either too basic (spreadsheets that get messy fast) or too bloated that drown you in features you’ll never use.
FlowBaseCloud's answer:
FlowBaseCloud is designed to cut out the noise: it gives you just the tools you need to organize, track, and execute without over-complication. Unlike many tools that are either too simple or too bloated, FlowBaseCloud stays fast, focused, and built around real workflows so you spend less time managing and more time creating.
FlowBaseCloud's answer:
Backend: Node.js (Nest.js) Frontend: Next.js Database & ORM: PostgreSQL + Prisma API: REST API, fully documented and secure Infrastructure: Linux servers (OVH) with Docker for containerization
FlowBaseCloud's answer:
FlowBaseCloud started because I was tired of wasting hours in messy spreadsheets and scattered tools. As a creator and freelancer, I realized that most productivity platforms were either too simple to handle real work or too bloated, slowing me down instead of helping me move forward.
I wanted something fast, clean, and intuitive, a tool that lets you organize, track, and execute without unnecessary complexity. So I built FlowBaseCloud from the ground up, focusing on clarity, speed, and workflow control.
Every feature was designed to solve real problems I faced myself, from managing multiple projects at once to keeping tasks, notes, and collaborations in one place.
Today, FlowBaseCloud is more than a tool - it’s a solution for creators and teams who want to focus on building, not managing.

If that’s not enough, I’ve had good experience with http://getharvest.com (and accompanying tools from them). Source: over 3 years ago

I use getharvest.com to track hourly and convert them to invoice. The only thing I don't like is that I have to add the task in the web dashboard rather than entering directly in the desktop app. There is 'note' field, but it won't show up in the invoice detail, so it is useless for me. I think for your business the best way to go is with a premade app for time logs and invoicing. My wife uses Harvest for her business: https://getharvest.com. Source: over 3 years ago
