Grammarly
BookStackSmall to medium-sized teams, open-source enthusiasts, educational institutions, and projects that require a user-friendly documentation system with the flexibility of self-hosting.
Grammarly is top especially with content editing and Google doc integration features.
Grammarly is a fantastic tool that helps users step up their writing game by providing real-time grammar, spelling, and punctuation corrections. It is designed to help you create polished, professional content and ensure your message is clear and concise. Whether you're a student, professional, or just someone who wants to improve their writing skills, Grammarly has got your back.
Grammarly is the most useful to me for its Google Docs feature that supports me as I create new content. Unfortunately, they seem to provide more context and insights when I am sending an email rather than writing an entire document.
Based on our record, Grammarly seems to be a lot more popular than BookStack. While we know about 85 links to Grammarly, we've tracked only 4 mentions of BookStack. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I did not have anyone read over my essays. I regret that now, knowing that my application would have cried out for joy if only there were a reader other than grammarly.com and my drowsy midnight self. I also wrote my essay a day before the Questbridge deadline (I think the deadline was Sept 27th?), which is a terrible, TERRIBLE idea. Please do not do things last minute :D. That said, is it possible to customize the theme a bit? Specifically, how can I set the code-block background to dark-grey? Also, how can I make the horizontal line a bit taller than 1px? I saw the Customizing Visuals page on bookstackapp.com (specifically the "Changing Code Block Themes" topic) but was a little lost on exactly how to make the changes. Source: almost 3 years ago
