What makes your product unique?

Grafium's answer

Most strategy tools record a plan. Grafium tests one before you commit to it. It builds a decision twin, a working model of your operating reality, then runs the decision against it through scenarios, simulations and structured wargames, with every underlying assumption made explicit. You find out where the decision breaks before the budget is spent, rather than in the post-mortem.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Grafium's answer

Planning and OKR platforms tell you what the plan says and whether you are tracking against it. Grafium answers a different question: will this decision survive contact with reality? It pairs scenario simulation with structured wargaming and an explicit assumption register, then commits the decision immutably alongside its evidence; in this way the reasoning stays auditable and replayable months later, when the outcome is known and everyone has forgotten what they believed at the time.
