InterviewWatch is a consent-first integrity platform for live remote interviews. A lightweight application monitors machine-level signals to identify potential AI assistance, desktop and web AI tools, hidden cheat overlays, remote-control software, suspicious typing patterns, virtual devices, and unusual display or clipboard activity. It never records the candidate's screen, audio, or video and does not capture typed or clipboard content. Signals appear in a real-time recruiter dashboard and are converted into an explainable integrity score and tamper-evident report for human review, helping employers verify that candidates are genuine and completing interviews independently without invasive surveillance.

  • PSQL

What makes your product unique?

InterviewWatch's answer:

InterviewWatch is a privacy-first interview integrity platform that verifies remote interviews using machine-level signals instead of recording audio or video, tracking eye movements, or analyzing candidate behavior with machine learning. It provides objective, tamper-evident evidence of interview integrity while respecting candidate privacy, helping hiring teams make more confident hiring decisions.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

InterviewWatch's answer:

Unlike traditional interview monitoring/proctoring tools, InterviewWatch does not record audio or video, use eye-tracking, gaze detection, or machine learning to analyze candidate behavior. Instead, it relies on objective machine-level integrity signals to identify risks, providing privacy-friendly, evidence-backed verification with minimal impact on the interview experience.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

InterviewWatch's answer:

InterviewWatch is built for companies that conduct remote hiring, including talent acquisition teams, recruiters, hiring managers, staffing firms, and enterprises that want to verify interview integrity and reduce hiring fraud during remote interviews.

What's the story behind your product?

InterviewWatch's answer:

InterviewWatch was born from my experience serving on interview panels. Over time, I interviewed many candidates whose interview performance didn't match their actual understanding. Some struggled to explain the code they had just written or reason through their own solutions. As AI became capable of solving interview problems in real time, it became even harder to know whether an interview reflected a candidate's true abilities. I built InterviewWatch to help companies restore trust in remote hiring through objective, privacy-first interview integrity verification based on machine-level signal, not audio recording, video recording, or behavioral analysis.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Gogs Reviews

The Top 10 GitHub Alternatives
Lightweight: Gogs has low minimal requirements and can run on an inexpensive Raspberry Pi. Some users even run Gogs instances on their NAS devices, making it one of the few GitHub alternatives that can help you justify to your partner why youโ€™re getting a NAS device apart from for pulling the latest episodes from your favourite anime show.
Gitea - Alternative to GitLab and GitHub
That said, Gita/Gogs is pretty. And might hold the hand of people only used to github. It is great that it is self-contained as a binary, so can be used with minimal configuration, like other front-ends.

Yeah, I'm actually doing that with Gitea: https://about.gitea.com/ Some people went with the forgejo fork: https://forgejo.org/ though Gitea itself was a fork of Gogs, if I remember correctly: https://gogs.io/ I also ran GitLab in the past: https://about.gitlab.com/ but keeping it updated and giving it enough resources for it to be happy was troublesome. > Gitea but the other one Wouldn't that also be Gogs? https://gogs.io/ I remember when that one was what a lot of people were looking into, before the Gitea fork happened. It's odd to see how this has happened yet again, but I guess is a good thing that it's even possible in the first place, if there are indeed differing values and goals? - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
