That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Mรผllner and Jonas ร dahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. There is some level of organization you have to achieve to be at least somewhat successful. I think these sort of more complex systems are there to help you if your problem is being overwhelmed, or if you have need to have things classified and under control.
