That third graph doesn't do a good job of accurately assigning commits to organization. For example, two the largest GNOME contributors for Red Hat are Florian Mรผllner and Jonas ร dahl. Both of them don't commit using a redhat.com email address. Instead they use gnome.org and gmail.com respectively. Additionally, C++ may be used for extremely high levels of optimization even for cloud-based ML. Dlib and Kaldi are C++ libraries used as dependencies in Python codebases for computer vision and audio processing, for example.
