As answered by people managing GitHub and PetResume.
PetResume's answer:
There aren't any that we know of.
PetResume's answer:
Common RMS and a lot of custom PHP. No-frills stack, zero fluff, built to last.
PetResume's answer:
Renters with dogs who've been told "no pets" one too many times. And a distressing number of cat people. You know who you are.
PetResume's answer:
There is no other product like it. A professional, beautifully designed resume — for your pet. Photo, breed info, vet records, training history, references. The kind of document that makes a landlord stop, laugh, and then actually say yes. It's an absurd premise that solves a real problem, and that tension is the whole point.
PetResume's answer:
Pet owners who rent. Specifically the ones sitting across from a skeptical landlord with a no-pets policy, trying to convince them that their dog is, in fact, a good tenant. Also service dog owners who need professional documentation, and frankly anyone who loves their animal enough to think they deserve a résumé. Which is everyone.
PetResume's answer:
Renters with pets get rejected constantly — not because their pet is actually a problem, but because landlords have no process for evaluating them. No standard. No form. Just vibes. PetResume exists to change that. Give your pet credentials. Make the landlord's decision easy. It's ridiculous. It works.
