Description by the creator: This website offers a collection of carefully developed tools that I regularly use myself and constantly improve. These include, among other things, a URL shortener and a pastebin with practical functions that I miss on other providers' sites. More tools are on the way, but unfortunately I don't always find the time to develop them.

As a one-man project, NetworkUtility is more than just a website; it is a labor of love through which I can apply and expand my knowledge and skills in the field of web development.

  • Stop Judging Every Run: Eval Sampling Is a Budget Decision, Not a Coverage One
This is why eval and observability ship as a unit, not as separate purchases. agent-eval scores and gates the output โ€” the tiers above, drift, hallucination. AgentLens captures the trace of how the agent got there: every model step and tool call, the resolved inputs, the raw outputs, the trajectory. The real fragility is in trying to constrain arguments. The docs are explicit that a pattern like Bash(curl http://github.com/ *) fails to do what it looks like it does.
