  Do you mean like Omegle in Minecraft? If so, I don't know how, but there is a way on certain server hosting things to join their main "hub" server and from there join a random server hosted with that server hosting thing.   What device did you get minecraft on? If your on windows did you buy the Windows 10 Edition or the Java Edition. If you bought java edition (windows, Mac, and Linux) probably the best way is to use something like Minehut.
