It's map first: every room, flat, PG and flatmate shows up on a real interactive map near your workplace, not buried in chat groups, with verified posters, rent and fees shown upfront, and matches ranked by budget, location and lifestyle. It even helps you find a compatible flatmate to split rent, not just a spare bed.

Working professionals and students relocating within or into Pune, especially the Hinjewadi IT corridor (Wakad, Baner, Balewadi, Aundh), searching for rooms, flats, PGs or compatible flatmates near their office.

What's the story behind your product?

RoomPin.in's answer:

Finding a place in an Indian city means joining ten Telegram and Facebook groups, seeing the same photos reposted, and never knowing how far a room is from your office. We built RoomPin to replace that with one real map, every room, flat, PG and flatmate near where you work, from verified accounts, with rent and fees upfront, and matching by budget, location and lifestyle so the search actually fits you.

Node.js, Express and MongoDB; a map-first vanilla-JavaScript web app; native iOS and Android via Capacitor; Google Maps and Places API; Firebase Cloud Messaging for push; Cloudinary for images; hosted on AWS with Nginx.
