Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. Before, I used to use a Chrome (now Firefox as well) plugin, named workona [1]. This was great if it worked properly all the times. But it doesn't, it's quite buggy. Then, Edge added workspaces and tab syncing and, well, it works great... But I really dislike Edge. - Workona for tab management. I used this a few years ago with reasonable success; only stopped because I didn't need it badly enough at the time. I've been struggling with tabs lately and remembered it yesterday; I've reinstalled it and I'm very pleased so far.
