Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something. Any getsitecontrol.com alternatives that can be recommended. Granted it is very easy to use and we use it simply to put up banners and some limited marketing stuff. But $45/month($1740/year) for 5 sites is limiting. That can't be the norm. Source: about 3 years ago
