Did you make a profit today? Your POS can't tell you, it only shows revenue. Your accountant won't tell you, they handle your taxes. So the one number that decides everything, your actual profit, falls through the cracks until year-end, long after you could act on it. Nouz closes that gap.
Nouz is a daily profit and loss tracker for small shops. At close, you enter the day's numbers, revenue split by cash and card, plus your costs and nouz shows you today's net profit after tax, card fees, cost of goods, and your daily share of fixed costs. Setup takes about seven minutes; after that the daily entry takes under one. Your first P&L lands tonight.
It's made for non-technical owner-operators, not accountants: plain-English numbers, no bookkeeping jargon, nothing that talks over your head. You get a clear daily P&L, a revenue and expenses breakdown, per-product margins, your fixed costs, and a statistics view that shows how your week is going so you know whether you're profitable, not just busy.
Built for cafรฉs and coffee shops, hair and beauty salons, retail boutiques, and e commerce stores. Honest pricing, sized to your revenue: monthly plans from โฌ19/mo, no annual lock-in.
Nouz doesn't replace your POS or your accountant. It's the daily profit number neither of them was built to give you in time to actually use it.

NouzNouz's answer:
Most tools for shop owners track either sales (your POS) or taxes (your accountant). Nouz tracks the number in between: today's actual profit. It's the only same-day P&L tracker built for owner-operators who want one honest number each evening after fees, cost of goods, variable costs, and a daily share of fixed overhead rather than a quarterly report they can't act on. It treats profit as a daily habit, not an accounting exercise.
Nouz's answer:
QuickBooks, Xero, and Wave are built for bookkeeping and tax compliance, they're thorough but backward-looking, and most shop owners only look at them at month-end (or hand them to an accountant). Nouz isn't trying to replace your books. It answers a question your books don't: did today make a profit? You log the day in about 60 seconds and know where you stand before you lock up. Choose nouz if you want daily clarity without an accounting degree, not another ledger to reconcile.
Nouz's answer:
Small business owner-operators who run the shop themselves, brick & mortar, cafรฉs, restaurants, retail, salons, and e-commerce stores. Typically single-location or small independents without a finance team, who can quote today's sales to the cent but can't say whether today was actually profitable. They're comfortable checking a phone each evening but don't have time for spreadsheets or bookkeeping software.
Nouz's answer:
Nouz started from a simple gap we kept seeing: shop owners know their revenue in real time but have no idea about their profit until weeks later, when it's too late to change anything. A cafรฉ can have a busy week and still lose money, and the owner won't find out until the accountant says so. We built nouz so that the person who carries the risk, the owner standing behind the counter, can see the truth the same day, in plain language, without needing to understand accounting.
Nouz's answer:
Next.js (App Router), Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel.
