Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing FliesReplies and Draftly.

What makes your product unique?

FliesReplies's answer

It writes replies in your actual voice, not a generic "professional" tone. Most AI comment tools sound like ChatGPT wearing a suit. FliesReplies trains on how you actually write, so the reply reads like something you'd post yourself. It also works on both LinkedIn and X, not just one platform.

Draftly's answer:

Raftwise's personalized AI content creation which includes the users' thoughts, opinions, and insights makes Raftwise a unique tool for LinkedIn content generation in contrast to other generic AI tools that do not consider the users' voice.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

FliesReplies's answer

Two reasons. First, voice quality. Other tools optimise for "engagement-bait" comments that sound the same across every user. FliesReplies sounds like you. Second, replying is where most people lose hours every week. FliesReplies cuts that down without making your account feel automated, which is what gets you flagged or ignored.

Draftly's answer:

A person should choose Raftwise over its competitors as Raftwise allows you to include your thoughts and insights during content generation. This makes the users' LinkedIn engagement authentic and personalized and helps them build a quality followership.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

FliesReplies's answer

Founders, solo operators, and people building a personal brand on LinkedIn or X. Anyone who knows that replying thoughtfully grows their network faster than posting, but doesn't have two hours a day to do it manually. Not for agencies running fake engagement pods. Built for people who want to show up as themselves at scale.

Draftly's answer:

  1. Solopreneurs/Influencers/Freelancers/Content creators
  2. Marketers and sales executives at small to mid-sized companies
  3. Founders and thought leaders
  4. Marketing Agencies managing social media for multiple brands.

What's the story behind your product?

FliesReplies's answer

I kept trying AI comment tools and bouncing off every one of them. The replies always sounded off. Too formal, too eager, full of phrases I'd never say. So I built the thing I wanted: a tool that learns your voice from your real writing and drafts replies you'd actually be willing to post. It started as a personal tool.

Draftly's answer:

Brand Story Raftwise was built not as a subscription product, but as the solution to a problem that one of our co-founders was facing himself. He wanted to be more active on LinkedIn to build more connections and get quality leads for his software development business - our sister company, RaftLabs. He had tried multiple AI tools for LinkedIn content generation as he had no time to write all the posts himself and be consistent with them; but he found that none of the tools, despite their high costs, consistently produced the quality of content that he wanted - it was just generic AI content that didn’t resonate with any of his audience, and obviously didn’t get him any quality connections. He also tried hiring someone to do the job for him, but for a growing startup, resources were a constraint. Frustrated, he decided to build a tool himself that would help him achieve his LinkedIn engagement goals. Tada! And so, Raftwise was born. Our co-founders realised that the problem they faced was common, and many others were also struggling to use LinkedIn effectively without the right tool to aid them. Thus, they decided to launch Raftwise at a price that would be affordable for anyone, be it small-to-mid-sized companies, agencies, founders, or solopreneurs. Raftwise exists because we have been in your shoes. We know exactly what you need to build a LinkedIn presence that will fulfil all your goals: promoting your brand, generating quality leads, or standing out as a thought leader in your industry!

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

FliesReplies's answer

Chrome Extension (Manifest V3), TypeScript, and AI LLM's
