  • Is there any form plugins able to do that ?
The fields parts can probably be done with any plugin, but for the custom emails and the emails conditional logic, I think you'll need to get a premuim copy of one of the popular form builders. Additionally, it allows you to customize the email and set some... Source: about 2 years ago
  • Text Generator Plugin
You can use any forms builder available for WordPress. However, I suggest using Mega Forms since I'll be sharing a code snippet below that can only work with it. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Contact form that sends data in XML
I've built Mega Forms, it's an advanced forms builder with lots of action and filter hooks that can be used to extend it to do anything basically. If you can explain what you need exactly, I can write a small snippet to generate the XML file for you. Source: over 3 years ago
  • How to insert custom JS to make modals/form that would allow for emailing? Is this possible?
For a form with notifications, you should either develop this with PHP and HTML or use an existing plugin ( you'll need to build the logic, markup, security ..etc ). If you want to go with a plugin I suggest Mega Forms, it allows you to create forms, send notifications, create conditional rules and also has AJAX submission (Disclaimer: I'm the developer).
