Field Force Tracker evolved from our Rapid Tracker field employee tracking applications designed in very early phase of mobile applications development around 2006. Since then we have done multiple iteration of software, data structure, featureset and user interface has gone multiple changes. Today, it is a very solid, reliable and very feature rich software offering very wide set of features to customers in all industries.

Field Force Tracker provides comprehensive features for managing your service and sales teams. It includes dispatch management, service scheduling, Advanced Inventory Management, Assets management, contracts management, preventive maintenance scheduling, invoices and quotes, and much more. Supported by powerful and modern mobile apps, it is one of the best field service software and very reasonably priced. Our rich set of features and ability to support customers, worldwide makes an ideal solution for multiple service industries.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Field Force Tracker focuses primarily on small to midsize companies (2-2500) employees though software is used many large companies as well. Typical users are HVAC, Elevator Repairs, Electrical Contractors, Plumbing companies, Generator Repairs, Photocopier and many IT, Cable and Telephony companies. Being a more comprehensive software, it has lot many features compared to competitive FSM software.

Field Force Tracker provides advanced features for job management, inventory management, custom inspection forms and sales management all rolled in a powerful, easy to use software. There are many industry specific custom modules for multiple industries such as copier, generators, electrical contractors and elevator businesses. The unique set of features with easy to customize as per your needs makes it the best system for any service company.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

The software uses a number of cloud based technologies - primarily from Amazon AWS - EC2. RDS, SQS, SNS, ECS, AWS Load Balancer,Cloud Watch,numerous APIs and many more computing technologies. We also interface with other technologies and software has Quickbooks, Mailchimp, SMS and Telephony gateways, etc.

We compete a number of FSM companies and it varies based on segments. Field Force Tracker is deployed in a number of industries such as HVAC/Plumbing, Elevator Businesses, Electrical Contractor, Copier Management, Telecom Businesses, IT Service companies etc. in many countries and time zones. The competitors vary in each sector - for instance in Copier business, we primarily compete with E-Automate, Miracle S/W etc. In other sectors, we compete with all major FSM software.
