ExamFlow turns your study material into a complete exam-prep system. Upload notes as PDF, Word or photos (even handwritten โ it digitizes them with OCR), and the AI organizes them by topic and generates multiple-choice and essay exams, summaries in 8 styles (with audio version), spaced-repetition flashcards, and outlines and mind maps โ all from YOUR syllabus, not generic internet content.
Questions you miss come back in future exams until you master them, and a progress dashboard shows which topics you own and which you don't. For civil-service candidates it includes out-loud recitation practice with automatic grading.

ExamFlow's answer
Every other AI study app stops at flashcards and quizzes. ExamFlow is the only one that also handles oral exams: record yourself explaining a topic out loud, and the AI transcribes it, grades it against your own syllabus with a transparent 6-criteria rubric (coverage, accuracy, structure, depth, terminology, argumentation), and tells you exactly what you missed. Add essay grading, practical case grading, and 6 selectable AI teacher personalities that change the feedback tone without ever softening the rigor โ and you get an app that trains for the exam you'll actually take, not a simplified version of it.
ExamFlow's answer
Most competitors turn your notes into a quiz and stop there. ExamFlow trains for the exam you'll actually face โ multiple choice, essay, practical cases, and (uniquely) oral defense, all graded, all in the language you study in (Spanish or English). Get a question wrong and it comes back in your next exam until you've truly mastered it, so your weak spots can't hide.
ExamFlow's answer
Students who'd rather spend their time studying than formatting flashcards โ from primary school through university, worldwide, in Spanish or English. Plus a dedicated home for Spanish civil-service exam candidates (oposiciones), who face some of the toughest syllabi and exams in Europe, including a mandatory oral defense almost no other study tool prepares you for.
ExamFlow's answer
In Spain, roughly 600,000 people are preparing for civil-service exams at any given time, and a typical candidate spends 6,000-15,000 euros over two years on tutors and materials just to have a fair shot. Despite all that money, the tools hadn't changed in decades. We built ExamFlow so a laptop and an AI can do what used to take a 400-euro-a-month tutor: turn your own material into exams, essay grading, oral practice and flashcards โ at a fraction of the cost.
ExamFlow's answer
A Next.js (React) web app, a Node.js backend, PostgreSQL with vector search for retrieval-augmented content generation, OCR and speech-to-text for digitizing documents and grading oral practice, and large language models for exam generation and grading.

Flashcards/spaced repetition is a great way to get familiar with concepts and terms for memorization based subjects. Some apps like Remnote and Quizlet are great since they make you practice concepts you're less familiar with more often and concepts you're more familiar with more often. You could open it up any time you're idle like on the bus too. It'd either require you to make your own flashcards first or get... Source: almost 4 years ago
