Obsidian is a multi-platform note-taking and writing app. Simple enough. But aren't there plenty of those around? Yes absolutely, but they each have downsides that I wasn't able to settle with long-term. With Google Cloud it was the difficult of linking between notes (this has improved since but it's still not quite what I want). We tried lots of different tools (Podium, Birdeye and bunch of others). They are all the same "Can you write us a review?" tools. The one we've had the most success with is Starloop.com with the tree planting per review. We tried all kind of solutions to get reviews from DIY in-house stuff to BirdEye.com and Podium and finally settled on starloop.com. They plant a tree for every review which got us more reviews than anything else we tried. Their team had a special program called Reputation Control (not sure if it's still available) which we did.
