Evernote
ncduThe app helps keep everything organized and is really easy to use. Iโve been using it for a while now, and I really like it.
If you're someone who likes to keep everything in order and easily accessible, you'll want to check out the Evernote app. This app is designed to help you keep track of all your notes, ideas, and to-do lists in one place, and it does so with style.
From my experience using the app, I found that it's incredibly user-friendly and has a sleek design. You can easily create notes, organize them into notebooks, and even add tags to make it easier to find what you're looking for later on. Whether you're a student trying to keep track of your class notes or a busy professional juggling multiple projects, Evernote has you covered.
The thing that I personally like about Evernote is that before I have used word as my note taking application, than on my smartphone I have had used Google Keep and so my notes were just unorganized mess. But with Evernote now I can have my notes at one place and unified. Also the fact that I can log to another device and my notes are "just there" is really nice. And also I like graphics user interface of Evernote.
Based on our record, Evernote should be more popular than ncdu. It has been mentiond 66 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Obsidian is a multi-platform note-taking and writing app. Simple enough. But aren't there plenty of those around? Yes absolutely, but they each have downsides that I wasn't able to settle with long-term. With Google Cloud it was the difficult of linking between notes (this has improved since but it's still not quite what I want). With Evernote my notes were in a proprietary format and stuck in the cloud. Notion... - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago

Evernoteโs mobile website design maintains its brand style and color palette, featuring a clean and simple layout. Something like https://dev.yorhel.nl/ncdu with ("brew install ncdu") is great if you are okay with the command line. It's very annoying to drill down in the Finder especially if it's hidden directories. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
For an even more detailed analysis, take a look at tools such as ncdu, a disk usage viewer in terminal mode. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
These certainly aren't forgotten, but I like: * `ranger` file manager: https://ranger.github.io/ * `ncdu` for visualising disk usage: https://dev.yorhel.nl/ncdu * `htop` process monitor: https://htop.dev/ I just find them very intuitive, and information-dense while not being overwhelming. - Source: Hacker News / over 2 years ago
There are also more user-friendly and interactive tools to do this. I use and like ncdu, but there are others, such as duc. Source: about 3 years ago
In the same way of Dust, there is also NCDU which is an NCruses-based du interface, i.e. interactive. Source: over 3 years ago
