  1. Has every feature

Using this specifically for school. It has all the features of microsoft to-do and google tasks. After using Notion, I became accustomed to viewing tasks in a certain date range and being able to tag assignments, which neither of the aforementioned apps could do the same way. This keeps track of all tasks, their due date, type tags, and folders separated by class. Simple and fast windows app, android app, and android widgets.

  • My setup for GTD. Three columns: "Backlog" with all new tasks / ideas so I can tell by its length how much I have in the pipeline as counter to procastination. "Daily" to set clear and doable goals for the day. "Forget" for low-priority that I got stuck on multiple times and will let rest for now
I'm still new to GTD and working on it, but have you used Everdo? Working up to using it; it's on a list lol. Source: almost 2 years ago

Try Everdo, its offline-first but you can still sync over LAN for free and has mobile apps, too. The free version has all features enabled and only a handful of limitations. Its also frequently updated. Source: about 3 years ago

  • Mac URL Scheme
First, go to the list on the ticktick.com website. That'll give you a url like this: "https://ticktick.com/webapp/#p/123456789123456789/tasks. (The string of numbers will change depending on the particular list). The URL to jump to this list in the TickTick app is then "ticktick:///webapp/#p/123456789123456789/tasks". This works on my Mac running Sonoma. Source: 5 months ago
