Totally agree on the security risk. On the other hand setting up, maintaining and explaining PGP for non-technical users usually leads to not using encryption at all, which is by far less secure than a self-managed PGP gateway on a private mail server setup. My functional doc prescribed lots of supplements and they change depending on my blood work. They have helped me feel so much better. Anytime I feel off I go to her, we get bloodwork done and she adjust whatever is needed, if anything. I get my supplements from fullscript where she uploads my plan of care.
