EcomIQX is an AI-powered catalog intelligence platform for ecommerce merchants and agencies.

THE PROBLEM Most merchants cannot tell which of their products need better descriptions, stronger keyword coverage, or Google Shopping feed fixes. At a few hundred products you can audit by hand. At 50,000 across multiple markets, you cannot — so the work either doesn't happen or happens alphabetically, which is the same as at random.

WHAT ECOMIQX DOES Intelligence — real-time health scores for every product, issues detected and ranked by priority, filterable by category and severity. Automation — rewrites enforced against a brand voice profile, processed in batches at catalog scale, held in a human review queue before publishing. Expansion — content adapted for local search intent in new markets, not just translated, with per-language quality scoring and rollback protection. Next-gen search — generative engine optimization scoring, AI citation tracking, and content structure recommendations for LLM-driven discovery. Experimentation — Bayesian analysis with confidence scoring, measuring real revenue and conversion lift per change. AI copilot — cross-reference Search Console, Merchant Center and keyword data in one conversation. Agents — set an objective and goal-driven agents select products, propose changes, and measure lift against controls, learning from real outcomes.

INTEGRATIONS Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce, custom API. Data from Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console, DataForSEO, XML/CSV feeds, and a REST API with webhooks.

PRICING Free tier with full catalog scoring and 30 credits per month. Pro $99/mo, Business $299/mo, Scale $699/mo, Enterprise custom with self-hosting and SSO.

As answered by people managing EcomIQX and Protocol Deviation.

What makes your product unique?

EcomIQX's answer

EcomIQX doesn't just generate product content — it measures it.

  • Every product gets a catalog health score; every AI-written description is graded and re-scored, so you see exactly what improved and by how much
  • Tracks whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) actually cite your store — closing the loop from content quality to AI-era discoverability
  • Free instant catalog audit — see your score before signing up

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

EcomIQX's answer

Which are the primary technologies used for building EcomIQX?

  • Vue.js / Nuxt + TypeScript frontend
  • Bun runtime, PostgreSQL (pgvector), Redis, Inngest
  • Kubernetes deployment (self-hosted option for enterprise)
  • OpenAI models powering the content and scoring pipelines

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

EcomIQX's answer

Most AI content tools stop at "we wrote it for you." EcomIQX is built around proof:

  • Keyword-grounded enrichment tied to real search-volume data
  • A scoring engine that shows the before/after for every product
  • AI-visibility tracking that shows whether the work moved the needle
  • Platform-agnostic — any e-commerce stack, not just Shopify
  • 30+ languages across 45+ markets, and a self-hosted option for enterprises

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

EcomIQX's answer

E-commerce teams managing large product catalogs — multi-brand retailers, D2C brands, and the agencies that serve them. Typically the people who own catalog quality and organic/AI-channel revenue: e-commerce managers, SEO and content leads, and agency operators running many stores under one roof.

What's the story behind your product?

EcomIQX's answer

Our founder was a tech lead at a Swedish enterprise e-commerce group and lived the problem: thousands of products with thin, inconsistent descriptions, no way to know which ones were hurting revenue, and no way to prove content work paid off. EcomIQX started as the tool he wished he'd had — audit the whole catalog, fix the worst products first, and measure the result — extended for the AI-search era, where being cited by assistants matters as much as ranking on Google.
