Dropbox: You absolutely NEED backups. Ideally, both physical and cloud backups, because if you only have one backup, you're not backed up. I can't even begin to tell you how many writers have lost days, weeks, or even entire novels worth of work because they failed to back up their work, then had their computer break or had some weird software snafu. Chatbase.co is a web app where you can embed pdf-s and then ask anything about it. It's an awesome tool to create questions for my college lecture notes and find answers in lengthy documents to easy questions (e.g.: How many times can I take an exam for free?).
