HelpWire is remote access software for Windows, macOS, and Linux. IT teams and technicians can start sessions by sending a link, so the remote user clicks it and joins without creating an account or entering credentials.
When follow-up is required, unattended access allows technicians to return to devices later without involving the remote user again. Sessions reconnect automatically after reboots.
To keep remote access responsive, HelpWire uses direct peer-to-peer connections by default, with relay fallback when network conditions require it. All sessions are encrypted with TLS and AES-256.
Core features:
No sign-up for the remote user โ reduce friction and speed up session initiation. Reboot & reconnect โ continue support after system restarts without losing access. UAC elevation support โ perform administrative tasks on Windows devices during the session. File transfer โ move files between devices during support work. Wayland support on Linux โ connect to Ubuntu 22.04+, Fedora, and other distributions where Wayland is the default. Concurrent sessions โ let one operator connect to several clients at once, or multiple operators join the same session. Multi-screen view โ work across all client monitors without switching context. Two-factor authentication (2FA) โ protect account access. Firewall-friendly connections โ run support within restricted network environments.
Developed by Electronic Team, Inc.โa leading U.S.-based technology expert founded in 2001โHelpWire provides a robust remote desktop solution.

HelpWireHelpWire's answer:
HelpWire is free product, which main goal is to be as simple and intuitive as possible. The connection is seamless, with on-the-fly unique generated client app, that does not require IDs and Passwords to authenticate. HelpWire is truly a one-click solution for remote control.
I've typically used other similar applications of this type to remotely connect to another desktop or server, but after trying HelpWire, I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll continue testing and see what the results are.
Running a startup, I need tools that are efficient and uncomplicated. HelpWire has been a pleasant surprise. The way it fits into our day-to-day operations is impressive. We used it mostly internally for system administrative tasks, but recently tried HelpWire for occasional remote support sessions with our clients. So far so good.
I've used HelpWire for a few months in our IT support team. The ease of accessing multiple workstations remotely has significantly improved our efficiency.

I have a ZYXEL C3000Z modem/router and setup the "Website Blocking" for drift.com. When I use IE, Edge, Firefox, all have page block site from the router which is what I want. Source: about 5 years ago
