Hi all - Just wondering if anybody else has noticed more connection/quality issues with SimplePractice's telehealth platform lately. Most recently I've had issues with clipped audio that lasted all day over several appointments and had to move the audio portion of the sessions to over the phone (client and I both muting our video and using our cell phones). It's a server management service, they use AWS (or your host of choice) under the hood. I personally use something similar called Runcloud which I haven't had any problems with. It's a halfway house between a managed platform and your own VPS. Means you don't have to worry about security, vhosts, ssl certificates, restricting access etc... For PHP https://platform.sh has got a lot of traction, but it's notc cheap especially for small apps.
