He noticed that while many businesses relied heavily on WhatsApp, they lacked tailored solutions that fully utilized its potential. Thus, QuickSell, and later DoubleTick, were developed to provide robust mobile technology solutions that transform how businesses engage, retain, and monetize their customer base using WhatsApp.
