Docusaurus
KoofrDocusaurus is recommended for developers and project maintainers who need to create and manage comprehensive documentation for open source projects or internal tools. It is particularly valuable for those who prefer a React-based approach and need features like versioning and localization out of the box.
Based on our record, Docusaurus seems to be a lot more popular than Koofr. While we know about 225 links to Docusaurus, we've tracked only 18 mentions of Koofr. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I used Docusaurus to host my documentation website. Although it used mdx (based on React) while the rest of my website was using Svelte, there just wasn't a solution that worked nearly as well out of the box. There I made some basic tutorials and wrote documentation for the API. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
If you use a doc-as-code tool like VitePress, Asciidoctor, or Docusaurus, you can render CSV files as HTML tables at build time โ either natively or through a custom plugin. Most tools support CSV includes out of the box or with minimal effort, and any AI assistant can generate the glue code for your specific stack in seconds. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
There's no shortage of documentation tools out there, and honestly, that can make the decision harder rather than easier. After working with various clients and our own projects here at Digital Speed, we've found ourselves reaching for a handful of tools repeatedly: Docusaurus, VuePress, Redocly, and Fumadocs. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Docusaurus is a popular choice for developer-first documentation, especially for teams that prefer Git-based workflows and static site generation. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Docusaurus gives you complete control. It's open-source, React-based, and incredibly flexible. The trade-off? You're essentially maintaining a website. For a solo technical writer at a startup, that overhead wasn't something I could justify. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
At Koofr[1] one of the most requested features was an option to prevent downloading files from public links. We didn't want to lie to our users so we added a "Hide download button" option because that's the only thing you can do. You can hide the download button but you can never really prevent the download. [1] https://koofr.eu. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
If you're not too far from Europe* then Koofr might come pretty close to your idea. 1TB "lifetime" 160 US$ ATM (less if you find a coupon they accept at checkout, many generic Stacksocial-Codes worked in the past). I'm a happy "lifetime" user of them, only disadvantage I discovered so far: They do not store creation date/time of folders, only of files. Source: over 2 years ago

Koofr offers cloud storage that you can access over the web, with the Koofr apps, or via protocols like WebDAV or rclone โ perfectly suitable for syncing or backup. Koofr works great with Cryptomator, which encrypts your data before uploading. We are an official reseller of Koofr. Source: over 3 years ago
