Most tools take the signature and shrug about the rest. Docshark keeps send, read proof, sign, and seal on one link.

Turn any PDF into a controlled link with password, expiry, allowed domains, instant revoke, and per-viewer watermark. See every open and which pages the viewer actually read not just "opened," but time spent per page. Add signature fields to the same file they already opened. Seal the result with a certificate anyone can verify at a public https://dashboard.shark-force.com/verify/certificate page.

The free plan includes page-level analytics and 10 signature requests a month, with audit export. No credit card. Built bilingual in English and Arabic for global and MENA senders.

Starter is $9/month for 3 seats, Team $29 for 10 seats, Business $79 for 50 seats.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Docshark and DocuSign.

What makes your product unique?

Docshark's answer

Docshark puts send, read proof, sign, and seal on a single link - no tool switching, no forwarded copies, no guessing whether the other side actually read it.

  • Page-level analytics: see which pages your recipient spent time on, not just whether they opened the file
  • Same-link signing: signature fields live on the document they already opened, not a separate flow
  • PAdES digital seal: every signed document gets a certificate verifiable by anyone at a public /verify URL
  • Per-viewer watermark: each recipient sees their name embedded in the PDF to deter leaks
  • Free plan with real features: page analytics and 10 signature requests per month, no credit card
  • Bilingual: full English and Arabic interface built for global and MENA teams

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Docshark's answer

Most tools handle one part of the workflow. Docshark handles all of it on a single link.

  • vs. tracking-only tools: they tell you a file was opened. Docshark tells you which pages were read and for how long - per viewer
  • vs. signature-only tools: they send a separate signing link. Docshark adds signature fields to the file the recipient already has open
  • vs. basic file sharing: no access controls, no expiry, no revoke. Docshark lets you set a password, domain restriction, expiry date, and kill the link instantly
  • vs. enterprise platforms: heavy, expensive, and slow to set up. Docshark starts free and scales from $9/month
  • Verifiable seal: a PAdES certificate on every signed document that anyone can check without a Docshark account

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Docshark's answer

Docshark is built for anyone who sends documents that matter and needs to know what happened after the send.

Primary segments: - Sales teams and AEs: tracking deck and proposal engagement, knowing which sections the prospect read before a follow-up call - Agencies and consultants: sending proposals and contracts to clients with full read proof and signed copies in one flow - Freelancers and solopreneurs: professional document sharing and signing without paying enterprise prices - Legal and compliance teams: needing verifiable signed documents with PAdES certificates and audit trails - MENA-based businesses: full Arabic interface support for teams operating in the region - Startups: sharing investor decks with access controls, per-viewer watermarks, and engagement analytics

What's the story behind your product?

Docshark's answer

Docshark was built by the team at Sharkforce after repeatedly running into the same problem: sending a PDF meant losing control of it. You could not tell if the right person read the right pages, you could not stop them from forwarding it, and if you needed a signature you had to start the whole process over with a different tool.

The goal was simple - one link that covers the full document workflow. Send it with access controls, track it with page-level analytics, collect the signature on the same file, and seal the result with a certificate anyone can verify.

Docshark launched in 2026 with a free plan so teams of any size can start without a credit card, and with a full Arabic interface so businesses across MENA can use it natively.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Docshark's answer

Docshark is built on a modern web stack designed for speed, reliability, and security.

  • Frontend: React with TypeScript (web app), Expo React Native for mobile
  • Backend: Node.js with a RESTful API architecture
  • Infrastructure: Google Cloud Platform, Cloudflare for edge delivery and DDoS protection
  • PDF processing: server-side PDF rendering, page extraction, and watermarking pipeline
  • Digital signatures: PAdES-compliant certificate issuance and document sealing
  • Authentication and access control: JWT-based auth with per-link permission scoping
  • Analytics pipeline: real-time page-view event tracking with per-viewer session aggregation

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Docshark's answer

  • Docshark launched in June 2026 and is actively onboarding its first customers
  • Early adopters include sales teams, consultants, and agencies across the MENA region and globally
  • The free plan is open to anyone at doc-shark.com - no credit card required

  • Spam? Receive this through my work email to sign a document. Help!
Docusign has a .com address, def not a .click address. This is 100% fishing. A very easy way to tell is to hover over any url and see what the address is. You can also try to do a reply, or if your savvy enough look into the routing info of the email. Did it com from the companies domain? I.e. docusign.com, fedex.com, ups.com anything like that. If it didn't, its fake. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Has anyone built their own landing page for their rental so previous guests can rebook without fees/be partially independent from marketplaces?
No, it's definitely not dumb. Great point, I imagine there would have to be some legal contract, like docusign.com that can be signed electronically with a deposit. If anyone has anything to input on this, it would be great help. Source: over 3 years ago
