Disbug features and specs

  • Visual Feedback
Disbug allows users to capture screenshots and record videos, making it easier to communicate complex bugs visually. This feature helps in reducing the time required to understand and replicate issues.
  • Comprehensive Bug Reports
The tool generates detailed bug reports that include browser information, console logs, network logs, and user steps, providing developers with all the necessary information to debug effectively.
  • Integrations
Disbug offers integrations with popular project management and communication tools such as Jira, Trello, Slack, and GitHub, allowing for seamless workflow integration.
  • Ease of Use
The user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for team members of all technical levels to adopt and use the tool effectively.
  • Collaborative Features
Teams can collaborate in real-time on bug reports, adding comments, annotations, and updates, which enhances team communication and productivity.

Possible disadvantages of Disbug

  • Cost
For startups or small teams with limited budgets, the pricing plans might be considered expensive compared to other bug-tracking solutions available in the market.
  • Learning Curve
Although generally user-friendly, some advanced features may require a learning curve for new users to fully utilize the tool's capabilities.
  • Limited Customization
Users have reported that there are limited options for customizing report formats and workflows, which could be a constraint for teams with specific needs.
  • Performance
Some users have experienced performance lags when dealing with extensive logs or high-resolution videos, which can impede the debugging process.
  • Compatibility Issues
There have been occasional reports of compatibility issues with certain browser extensions or custom setups, restricting the tool's universal applicability.

BugPort features and specs

  • On-Demand Manual QA
Real human testers on demand for teams shipping too fast to test. Launch checks from $79 flat, hourly testing at $39/hr, daily and sprint plans available. No hiring, no contracts, no QA management overhead โ€” built for vibe-coded products going to production without structured testing.
  • Full Accessibility Audits
Complete WCAG/ADA/Section 508 audits of your entire application, combining automated tooling with hands-on manual testing by professional accessibility experts. Every finding comes with a specific remediation recommendation, not just a violation list. VPAT/ACR documentation available.
  • Accessibility Remediation
Don't just find the issues โ€” get them fixed. Ongoing remediation service handles the actual code-level fixes from your audit, with dated, scoped conformance reporting. No overlay widgets, no JavaScript band-aids.
  • One-Click Bug Capture
Capture bugs straight from the browser in one click. Console errors, network requests, and environment details are attached automatically, so "can't reproduce" stops being an answer.
  • AI Auto-Fix to PR (MCP Workflow)
Route captured bugs through an MCP-based workflow that can auto-trigger a fix and raise the pull request directly โ€” some bugs never need a human to pick them up.
  • Custom Workflows
Build automated workflows around your bugs โ€” route reports by severity or project, trigger auto-fix attempts, notify the right channel, and push issues to Jira or Linear without manual triage. Your bug pipeline runs itself while you ship. One caution on wording: I've described this based on what you've told me about the MCP auto-fix flow and your existing integrations. If the workflow builder has capabilities I haven't listed (or if routing rules aren't user-configurable yet), tighten this to match what's actually live โ€” SaaSHub listings get cross-checked by reviewers, and overclaiming a feature is exactly the credibility hit your positioning can't afford given the whole pitch is "we're the honest ones vs the overlays."

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Disbug and BugPort.

What makes your product unique?

BugPort's answer:

BugPort combines three things that normally live in separate tools and separate vendors: developer-grade bug capture (one click grabs console errors, network logs, environment details, and a screen recording), on-demand manual QA from real human testers, and full WCAG/ADA accessibility audits with remediation.

The unique part is the human layer. Most tools in this space stop at automated detection a scanner flags issues and you're on your own. We built the software as the front door to actual expert services: professional testers for QA, and accessibility specialists (led by a co-founder who's spent his career doing hands-on accessibility testing) for audits. Plus an MCP-based workflow that can auto-trigger a fix and raise the PR directly, so some bugs never need manual triage at all.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

BugPort's answer:

Depends which competitor.

Against accessibility overlays (accessiBe, UserWay): we do real audits and real code-level fixes instead of masking issues with a JavaScript layer. Overlay-installed sites accounted for a quarter of 2025's ADA lawsuits, and the FTC fined accessiBe $1M that year. If you're running an overlay, you have exposure, not compliance.

Against enterprise accessibility platforms (Deque, Siteimprove): same rigor, priced for SMBs. Audits from $2,500, not enterprise procurement.

Against bug trackers (Marker.io, Jam): we capture the same rich context, but we also offer the humans to actually test and fix things plus an auto-fix-to-PR workflow. A bug tracker gives you a better-organized backlog; we help you clear it.

Against hiring QA: launch checks from $79, hourly testing at $39/hr, no recruitment, no management overhead. Built for teams shipping too fast to run a QA function.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

BugPort's answer:

Small and mid-sized teams shipping faster than they can test especially founders building with AI coding tools who go to production with no structured QA at all.

On the accessibility side: US SMBs facing real ADA exposure e-commerce stores on Shopify and WooCommerce, restaurants with online ordering, and healthcare practices dealing with Section 504 requirements. Particularly businesses currently running an overlay widget who've realized it doesn't protect them.

What's the story behind your product?

BugPort's answer:

Two observations collided.

First: AI made building software dramatically cheaper, but testing didn't get cheaper alongside it. I ship BugPort itself using AI coding tools, so I live this daily code goes out faster than any small team can properly QA it, and hiring a QA function makes no sense at that size.

Second: my co-founder has spent his career doing professional accessibility testing, and we watched the accessibility market get dominated by overlay widgets that fake compliance with a JavaScript layer while lawsuits against overlay-installed sites kept climbing.

Both problems have the same root cause: automated tools without human judgment on top, sold to teams with no time to check the work. So we built one platform that finds issues fast (bug capture, free WCAG scanning) and backs it with real humans who fix them right (on-demand QA, full audits, remediation). Software as the wedge, expertise as the product.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

BugPort's answer:

Backend: Python (FastAPI, async SQLAlchemy), PostgreSQL with PgBouncer, Redis (write-behind buffering via Redis Streams). Frontend: React/Next.js on Cloudflare Pages. Storage: Cloudflare R2. Auth: self-hosted Zitadel (OIDC/SSO). Payments: Stripe. Accessibility scanning: axe-core and IBM Equal Access open-source engines, deliberately, so our results are verifiable rather than proprietary black-box scores. Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

BugPort's answer:

Leave this one blank you don't have named customers to list yet, and this field publishes publicly. Listing free-tier signups or padding it would be exactly the kind of overclaim that undercuts your "we're the honest ones" positioning, and unlike the investor form, there's no graceful way to write "coming soon" in a customer logo list. Come back to it once you've closed audit clients who'll agree to be named the same ones you'll want for Clutch reviews and case studies anyway, so it's one ask covering three assets.
