I can manage all my customer feedback and reviews in one platform thanks to Desk360! I don’t need to check my support mail, App Store or any other feedback channels. The dashboard is very easy to use. I don’t get lost between complicated pages. I strongly recommend Desk360 to all mobile app developers.
Desk360 is a great solution to manage all your customer feedbacks/reviews in one place. Easy to use and price is quite reasonable (at least for now). I had a trial for 1 month and can recommend to everyone especially mobile app developers.
I'm a utility app owner, and there are 25K MAU's itself. We've been struggling to get over with the issues from our users that they reach us from many channels such as; Facebook, Twitter, e-mail, the app's contact us section, etc. Hence we have been spending too much time on related channels and this caused us got late to reply to the requests. Desk 360 has let us overwhelm all of the issues by providing an ability to manage those channels from a single platform. Also, the team helped us so much with upgrades which are tailored only for our needs. Long sentence short, if you're managing your brand, app. etc. by many channels, you gonna need to have Desk 360.

I've been using ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) for some years, which is also open-source, and very featureful while not feeling too bloated, though Windows only. I'll have to have a look at this next time I'm on a Linux desktop, as I found the options lacking compared to ShareX last time I looked. - Source: Hacker News / 5 days ago
ShareX (https://getsharex.com/) doesn't have quite this nice UX but it's free. I often use it alongside browser dev tools. Here's a screenshot of me measuring this comment box https://i.imgur.com/yoTHbzq.png. - Source: Hacker News / 3 months ago

ShareX [1] is my other "must install" app. I never would have guessed how much my branch of engineering consists of "take a screenshot and draw lines, arrows and circles on it." Being able to customize my workflow to do all of that is really great. [1] https://getsharex.com/. - Source: Hacker News / 10 months ago
